Meet the Pink-Browed Rosefinch, a beautiful little bird with gorgeous pink color. The pink-browed rosefinch (Carpodacus rodochroa) is a finch in the family Fringillidae. The species was first described by Nicholas Aylward Vigors in 1831. It ranges across the northern regions of the Indian subcontinent, mainly in the Himalayas, and is migratory. It is found in Bhutan, Tibet, India, Nepal, and Pakistan. Its natural habitats are boreal forests and subtropical or tropical dry forests.
These birds really look like some animals out of a fairytale. They have a distinct pink color in their feathers which makes them attractive among other bird species. According to the researchers, there are between 25 and 30 species of Rosefinches and they all differ from each other by the different shades of pink that they are wearing.
